This is a quiet page for creators, teachers and artists whose work has already shaped what I am building.
A co-lab space · Expanding Gratitude
I built Expanding Gratitude in one of the hardest seasons of my life. It was never meant to be a product. It was a lifeline for me, then for my friends and family, and now for a growing community.
Along the way, certain voices, songs, meditations and sounds held me while I built it. Yours is one of them.
This page exists because words in an inbox can feel small. I wanted to give you somewhere quiet to see what your work helped make possible.

These are three shapes a collaboration has taken so far. There are others. This is a starting point, not a menu.
A meditation, a song, a track, a frequency, a piece of writing. Brought into the app with full credit, introduced to a community that is actively looking for exactly what you make.
A track, a script, a series, a practice, built for a specific moment inside the app. Something original that carries the person the way your work has carried others.
A partnership around the Play Store launch and the social rollout. Cross-introduction between our audiences, done with care and mutual respect.
I am not asking you to promote something you have not felt. I am not asking for a favour based on how much your work has meant to me. I am asking for a conversation, and only that, unless something in the conversation feels genuinely aligned to both of us.

I am Jenna van der Westhuizen, the founder of Expanding Gratitude and the studio that built it, Hodova, based in Cape Town, South Africa.
I built this because gratitude changed something in me I did not expect. This work was never meant to be about me, it is a mirror, not a personality. So this page will show you what I have built, not a biography.
If any of this lands, the next step is a conversation. Write to me with two or three windows that suit you, and I will find one that works across our time zones.
If it is not the right fit or the right season, that is completely welcome too. Either way, thank you for the work you have already put into the world.
Or send a note through the contact page and choose “Collaborating with you”.
